As a member of the Spinwheel City RP community, you have a Spinwheel Citizen tag with a few extra abilities - these are "Invite People to this Group" (which gives the Fly & Set Home abilities), "Always allow Create Landmark" (which lets you make a landmark to your place in Spinwheel), and "Deed objects to group".
