Federation-Companion Protectorate Treaty of Stardate 110813
Relayed from the Chief of Starfleet Operations:
You are invited to attend the treaty signing establishing a new protectorate within the Delta Quadrant. UFS and the Bó'ài Hóng Lián Companion's Guild.
This is a momentous day for UFS. The signing and ceremonial exchange of ambassadors will take place in the Ceremony Hall at noon Saturday, 13 August. As this is a formal affair, full mess dress is required, or black tie if you are a civilian.
